“Uniting Hearts: Music4Harmony Celebrates Friendship at Club EMU’s Clubhouse, for neurod

We are honored to share the exciting news that Music4Harmony has been invited to participate in the monthly event for Club EMU on October 18, 2003. Club Everyone, Me and U, dedicated to fostering connections among neurodiverse individuals aged 16 and above, organizes engaging activities every month. For many of these individuals, finding social opportunities can be challenging, making Club Me and U a valuable platform for them to socialize and interact with others. We are honored to contribute to this initiative, promoting social interaction and harmony within the community.

On October 18, we have a special treat planned: a music concert featuring great musicians from the Oregon Ballet Theatre and Portland Opera Orchestra. Additionally, we will set up an Instrument Petting Zoo, allowing everyone the chance to try out string instruments like violin, viola, and cellos. We had a fantastic time performing at the Talent Show in September, and we are looking forward to reconnecting with our friends again next Wednesday.

Details of the event are as follows:

Event Date: Wednesday, October 18

Time: 6:30pm – 8:30pm PDT

Location: West Linn Lutheran Church, 20390 Willamette Drive, West Linn, OR 97068

Agenda:

  1. 6:30pm – 7:00pm: Craft Time – Create simple crafts to hide in the community, spreading smiles to those who find them. Craft supplies will be provided.

  2. 7:00pm – 8:30pm: Music concert and Instrument Petting Zoo hosted by Music4Harmony

  3. Visit the Club Emu Facebook page to stay updated on the planned activities for upcoming meetups.

Thank you for your support, and we look forward to seeing you at the event!
